Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.  Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in South Australia.  

We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.

Payment

Consultation fees are required to be paid in full via EFTPOS or cash only, at completion of the consultation. Payment for online consultations is required by direct bank transfer within 48hrs of the consultation.  All purchases made outside of the consult (i.e., pathology, supplements) are required to be paid by you in full either to Apryl Koch Nutrition or through the appropriate third party as required. Failure to make payments may result in termination of future appointments and purchases being withheld. It is your responsibility to comply with third party payment terms and conditions. Workshop fees are required to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the workshop. Failure to make payments may result in the cancellation of your attendance at the workshop.

You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Services Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs including, banking fees and charges, associated with the Services Fee. You agree and acknowledge that Apryl Koch Nutrition may change service fees at any time.

Bookings and Cancellations

By booking a service with Apryl Koch Nutrition you agree to any and all fees involved. You agree to attend the service on time, any late arrival is at your own cost. The appointment time will not be extended to accommodate. 

Any cancellation made prior to 48 hours do not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will apply to appointments cancelled with less than 48hrs notice and any appointment missed without notice.  A cancellation fee of 50% of the total consultation fee will be charged for cancelations within 48 hours and any failure to attend an appointment without notification, you will be billed 100% of the amount for the missed appointment. Apryl Koch Nutrition reserves the right to refuse a booking until any outstanding cancellation fees have been paid.

If a cancellation or reschedule is required on behalf of Apryl Koch Nutrition and a suitable time cannot be agreed upon no cancellation fee will be charged. If, during the appointment, you feel Apryl Koch Nutrition is unable to meet your needs, the appointment can be terminated and a cancellation fee of 50% of the total consultation fee will be charged unless otherwise agreed upon.
