About me
Women's Health Clinical Nutritionist
HEY
I'm Apryl
My first degree was in Media and in my past life I worked in both television and radio. After experiencing my own hormonal & digestive issues in my early/mid 20s, I was told there was a pill for my irregular menstrual cycle I could take when I wanted to fall pregnant & a diet, I had to follow for the rest of my life to “fix” my digestion.
This didn’t seem like a solution to my problem but rather just a band aid for my symptoms. I went searching for a better answer and this is when I discovered natural health. When I found a wonderful practitioner, who treated me as an individual & considered my diet, lifestyle, mental health and pathology results, I started getting regular menstrual cycles & bowel movements!
My Passion
This is when I found my passion for women’s health and nutrition, knowing first-hand that women can truly experience life with better health! That’s when I decided to quit my job and I went back to study Nutrition at Endeavour College of Natural Health.
I love working 1 on 1 with clients to understand their full heath picture and educate them on how best to support their current health status through dietary, lifestyle and nutraceutical advice. My relaxed approach means I will always work with my clients to develop a treatment that suites their current needs and lifestyle.
Whatever your current symptoms are, I’m here to tell you that, although they may be common, they are not normal, and you do not have to live the rest of your life like this!
