Discovery Call
10 MINUTES - FREE
A discovery call is a FREE 10-minute phone appointment that is your opportunity to meet with me, ask any questions you may have and gain a better understanding of how my services could benefit you.
In this appointment I cannot give health advice, a full nutrition consult will need to be booked to investigate your full health history to develop a treatment.
Initial Consult
60 MINUTES - $176
Your initial consult is a 60 minute opportunity to explore your health.
In-depth information will be obtained on your health history, family medical history, diet, lifestyle & physical activity and any other necessary information, to help determine the root cause of your current health concerns. Any current pathology results you bring along will also be examined.
By the end of your nutrition consult we will have developed individualised health goals to support the development of your treatment plan. You will leave your initial appointment with any necessary immediate changes, further investigations and possible homework.
Your treatment plan will be presented in your follow up consult 1 week after your initial consult. This is so an in-depth and evidence-based treatment approach can be developed and provided.
Please note all nutraceutical supplementation and functional pathology testing are at an additional cost.
Follow up Consult
30- 45 MINUTES – $121
Follow up consults are for existing clients only.
During your first initial follow up, your treatment plan will be presented based on your test results, medical history, health goals and evidence-based treatments. Your treatment plan will address your health goals and may include; Dietary advice, lifestyle recommendations, nutraceutical supplementations and any required further functional pathology testing.
As part of nutritional medicine practices, Apryl Koch Nutrition is focused on developing treatments to support your long term health and does not offer a quick fix. Therefor it is expected that further follow up nutrition consults will be needed depending on the complexity of your case.
In ongoing follow up appointments you can expect ongoing assessments of your health, reviews of treatment plans, adjustments where required, assessment of pathology results and refilling nutraceutical prescriptions.
After your initial follow up consult, further consults are recommended every 3-6 weeks.

Prescription Refill Consult
(ONLINE ONLY) - $30
This short 10 minute consult is for existing clients only for a refill of prescription/s.
15 Minute Catch Up
(ONLINE ONLY) - $50
This short 15 minute consultation is ideal for existing clients only who have questions in-between appointments. This appointment is not for new health concerns, chronic health issues or complications of existing complaints.
Couples Session
Initial: 90 Minutes - $275
Follow Up: 60 Minutes - $220
A joint health exploration designed for couples seeking fertility optimisation. Including comprehensive assessments, personalised guidance, and a holistic approach to support your collective well-being.
The initial Couples Session involves in-depth assessments of your collective health histories, family medical backgrounds, diets, lifestyles, and physical activities to identify factors affecting both partners’ fertility and well-being. Any current pathology results you bring along will also be examined.
By the end of your joint nutrition consult we will have developed individualised health goals for the both of you, any immediate changes, further investigations, and possible homework.
Ongoing follow-ups include health assessments, plan reviews, adjustments, pathology result assessments, and nutraceutical refills.
