  • Clinical nutrition is an evidence based holistic approach to long term healing. The practice assesses each individual client as a whole, taking into account their unique heath status and personal and family history, combined with their current diet, dietary habits, lifestyle, mental health and pathology results.

    Clinical nutritionists recognise that disease is complex and is caused by a combination of factors. As a result, clients are given individualised care which may include dietary, lifestyle and nutraceutical advice, in response to their health.

  • Nutritionists specialise in the relationship between food and health, using a holistic approach to improve overall wellbeing. They offer guidance on making informed dietary choices to support various health goals.

    Naturopaths also use a holistic approach and offer nutritional advice, but may additionally incorporate herbal remedies in treatment plans where necessary.

  • Apryl is a fully qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine from Endeavour College of Natural Health. I am a register member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA) Member Number: 23048

  • As a Nutritionist, I am able to order both blood work and functional testing. These are assessed on an individual's needs & can only be ordered with an associated appointment. All testing will be charged additional to consultations fees.
